Join WTW’s Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) Solutions team and help shape innovative strategies for clients across North America. In this dynamic role, you'll support the full lifecycle of ART solutions—from origination through renewal—while collaborating with key stakeholders to drive market engagement, ensure compliance, and contribute to thought leadership. Ideal candidates bring experience in risk management or broking, a strong analytical mindset, and a proactive, collaborative approach aligned with WTW’s client-first philosophy.

As a key member of the Alternative Risk Transfer Solutions team:
  • Support the continuing development and execution of the WTW strategy in North America
  • Contribute to all aspects of the ART Solutions including origination, implementation and after care in line with the WTW go-to-market strategy, operating model and brand.

The Role

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and market offerings to assist in the construction of industry leading ART Solutions
  • Support the successful renewal of existing alternative risk placements
  • Coordinate adherence to compliance requirements throughout deal cycle for your accounts
  • Work with key account leaders to build awareness of the WTW ART strategy and capabilities
  • Contribute to the sales strategy and approach to systemic lead generation in key regions and industries.
  • Assist in the creation, harmonization and distribution of sales collateral.
  • Assist in the development of thought leadership through the development and publishing of research material and through presentations and speaking engagements
  • Matrix with analytics professionals throughout Corporate Risk & Broking and other relevant WTW segments.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as required


The Responsibilities

  • Undergraduate level degree in risk management, finance and/or economics preferred
  • 2-3 years’ experience in insurance and risk management techniques required.
  • 2-3 years of broking experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, team focused, outstanding analytical capabilities, personal integrity, motivated, self-starter are some of the valued skills.

Compensation and Benefits


Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.

Compensation


The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $120,000-$140,000 USD per year.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
