Å˽ðÁ«´«Ã½Ó³»-Academy Trust (Å˽ðÁ«´«Ã½Ó³») is an Education Charity.
Å˽ðÁ«´«Ã½Ó³» is governed by the Trust’s Board of Directors.
The Trust Board is comprised of volunteers and is responsible for:
- Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction for the Trust and its Academies;

Holding the CEO to account for the educational performance of the organisation and its pupils, and the effective and efficient management of staff; and - Overseeing the financial performance of the organisation and making sure money is well spent.
